About Us PRACTICE EXCELLENCE
| Galloway Village Veterinary strives to provide outstanding veterinary health care to our patients and superior service to our clients so each visit is enjoyable, educational and beneficial to all. In doing so, we hope to promote the human-animal bond and create a lifelong relationship with our clients and their pets. In all aspects of veterinary medicine, veterinary dentistry, veterinary surgery and pet boarding, we strive to provide the best service possible. |
Dr. Jaime Rudd is realizing her life-long dream in becoming the new owner of Galloway Village Veterinary. She is honored and infinitely humbled to have the opportunity to move forward with Dr. Tedd’s vision. Galloway will continue practicing excellence in high-quality medicine, patient-centered delivery of services, and enhanced public education. Dr. Rudd, a native of southwest Missouri, comes to Galloway Village Veterinary with exceptional experience as a small animal veterinarian. She graduated from the University of Colorado in 1999 with a Bachelors Degree in Biology. After earning a Doctorate Degree in Veterinary Medicine at Kansas State University in 2005, she completed an internship at San Diego’s VCA Emergency and Referral Hospital, during which she focused on Internal Medicine, Surgery, Emergency, Exotics, and Dermatology. After working in San Diego as a small animal clinician, and enjoying life in California, she and her husband moved back home to be closer to family. She has been working in Springfield since 2007 in both associate and relief positions. |
Dr. Rudd's family, which includes her husband, their young son, two Great Danes, three cats, and two tanks full of saltwater fish, love spending time together and enjoying the outdoors. They also love hiking, fishing, scuba diving and, of course, spending time in Sequiota park. Dr. Rudd looks forward to creating new friendships with her patients and their families. |
