COVID-19 Curbside Procedures

We hope this message finds you and your families healthy and safe during these difficult times. We wanted to update you on how Galloway Village Veterinary is continuing to do our part to slow the spread of the COVID-19, while keeping you and our staff safe. In addition, thank you for your patience and support during your visits with us. We are honored to be here to take care of your veterinary needs.
The pandemic has kept us busier than ever, and our bond with our pets is stronger than ever. Curbside services have presented new challenges for all of us and we are constantly working to make it a safer and more efficient process. With the rise in cases in Greene county, we will continue curbside services. We have found that social distancing in our lobby and exam rooms is nearly impossible. So, to continue to do our part to decrease the spread of the virus, our lobby will remain closed. We will continue to monitor the virus and will open the lobby when it is safe to do so. We look forward to welcoming you back!
For easier communication we are using a text messaging system. Expect to receive texts before your appointment and we will send you updates while your pet is with us. This helps to free up phone lines that are often busy. Some of the highlights of our text messaging system include:

Ability to send and receive pictures
When you arrive, please remember to have your dog on a leash and your cat in a carrier. This is for their safety because our parking lot is often busy with cars coming and going. For everyone’s safety, our staff will not be able to get into your car.
